On Sunday 25th April 20 F4F Run Fitness Runners completed either a half or full marathon (2 did theirs on a cross trainer). For a lot of these participants this was their first time at this distance.
Through January they accepted my challenge to Run Every Day (RED) and then I wrote an achievable training plan which would build on their base training to get them to half even full marathon distance.
Everyone finished, no-one dropped out. Social distancing was fully adhered to an yet support was offered throughout training through our private facebook group and on the day. Here are some of the photos from the day.
