….. what this means is that the application can be used very simply to participate in online meetings of all types. You don’t need any expertise but you do need to know there things:

1. You can only use Zoom on a device that has a camera and a microphone. Your phone, tablet or laptop are ideal. If you want to use a desktop computer make sure that it has these accessories available.
2. In order to use Zoom you have to download the app onto your device. This you would do in the usual way. There are links on the website to help you.
3. There has been some suggestion that Zoom is not a ‘safe’ application. This is not so and Zoom is used widely even at Government level (yes Boris and Donald use it too).
