The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan is a flexible range of weight management programmes for both men and women.

Each Step has been tailored to help you reach you goals. You work with your Consultant to adapt the Plan so it fits in with your life. There are 6 Steps, but they’re not linear, so you can dance through them, or step past them! Your Consultant will set individual goals and make it personalised to suit you, whilst remaining nutritionally complete to keep you balanced.

We have a huge range of tasty meals, shakes, bars, soups, smoothies and snacks to suit everybody. Diets don’t need to be boring, they can be both delicious and nutritious, to help you stay motivated on Plan. The 1:1 Diet product range has been researched and tested by experts to provide all the vitamins and minerals your body needs for a manageable weight loss.

All meeting are confidential and of course one to one – no group sessions!
